Drawscript is an extension for Illustrator (available in Adobe® Creative Cloud)

It generates graphics code from vector shapes in realtime.

  • Obj-C
  • C++
  • JavaScript
  • CreateJS/EaselJS
  • Processing
  • ActionScript 3
  • JSON
  • Raw Bezier Points

Skin buttons and other UI elements on iOS.

Bezier curves and lines. Use “Prefix” to apply calls on the object.

Generated JavaScript can then be taken to Adobe Edge Code for further editing and delivered as a mobile application using Adobe PhoneGap Build. Both tools are available in the Creative Cloud.

Renaun Erickson did a video tutorial showing this workflow. Check it out.

Simplify the code using Ellipse/Circle and Rectangle detection.

Need just raw bezier points for custom processing?
